- Place the butter in a large saute pan and melt over medium heat
- Place 6 tablespoons of the cheese in separate mounds in the pan
- Lightly flatten them out, leaving space in between
- Cook until the cheese becomes crispy on the bottom and flip the discs over to crisp both sides
- Remove from the heat and place on paper towels to cool
- Repeat the process with the remaining butter and 6 more tablespoons of the cheese
- Serve with charcuterie, olives and other cheeses
