Instructions
- Heat a panini press to medium high
- Slice the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise and place the bottom slice on a clean work surface
- Layer the ingredients in the following order:
- Evenly spread the sun-dried tomato spread over the bottom of the bread
- Evenly layer the Fontina cheese
- Scatter the arugula over the fontina cheese
- Layer the cucumber
- Layer the Asiago and Vermont Cheddar on top
- Place the top of the ciabatta over the cheese
- Place in the panini press fo 5 minutes or until the bread is crisped and golden brown and the cheese is melted
