Uncured Napoli Salame
Inspired by the salami making traditions in the Naples region of Southern Italy, this Salame features a pronounced and robust flavor from black pepper, paprika, and a light smoke. The somewhat coarse grind results in a firm texture.
No Nitrates or Nitrites added except for those naturally occurring in vegetable extracts of Swiss chard, acerola, radish and carrot.
