Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus Cheesecake Bites
These cheesecake bars are a combination of a classic pumpkin pie with the silky creaminess of a cheesecake. This easy dessert is perfect to serve at holiday dinners or just because you feel like having a pumpkin treat.
        Instructions
Crust
- In a food processor slowly pulse in graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar & salt
- In a greased spring form pan press the graham crust into the bottom and edged to compact the crust
- Bake in a preheated oven on 350 for 10 minutes and then remove the par-baked crust to cool completely
Cheesecake
- In a mixer, incorporate 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus with the brown sugar and cream cheese until fully blended
- On a low speed blend in the eggs one at a time, be sure to scrape down the sides of the mixer between adding each egg
- Pour the cream cheese batter into the cooled crust
- Bake crust with the cream cheesecake for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until center is set
- Chill completely and remove cheesecake from the pan
- Evenly spread 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus over the top
- Drizzle caramel sauce and powdered sugar to taste
