Instructions

Cut your dinner cut slice of EverRoast_® Chicken into cubes.
In a large bowl, add butter lettuce, spinach, arugula, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and EverRoast_® Chicken.
In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, white vinegar, oregano, Delicatessen Style Mustard, garlic, sugar, pepper and salt.
Whisk together.
Pour the dressing mixture over the salad and toss to coat.
Divide salad into 2 servings and enjoy.
