Corned Beef Melt
Get into the St. Patrick's Day spirit all year long with this scrumptious yet simple sandwich. Classic Corned Beef Top Round, Sweet Vidalia® Onions, and creamy Swiss make a craveworthy combo.
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread a layer of mustard on the other side of each slice.
- Place one slice of bread with the butter side facing down on a skillet and heat over medium heat.
- Place the slices of cheese on the bread in the skillet. Top with the slices of corned beef and 1 tbsp of the Vidalia Onions.
- Place the other slice of bread on top. Cook each side of the sandwich for a few minutes, flipping to evenly toast and melt the cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
