Spread Cream Cheese on the top half of the lavash.
Place 2 slices of Vermont Cheddar at the bottom of the lavash.
Spread out the chicken over the cheese.
Towards the bottom of the lavash add roasted red peppers, cilantro and lettuce over the chicken.
Tightly roll the lavash towards the cream cheese.
Slice the pinwheel into 6 equal pieces. Serve and enjoy!
